May Days...22 months old
Carter is doing so many new things each day it is hard to keep up. The craziest thing is just how much he can talk. Pretty much everything we say he repeats. Most of the time it is cute, but we now have to be extremely careful everything we say. He likes to tell us exactly what he is doing...kick soccer ball, or push momma... Oh and the personality is just oozing out of him. He can be so silly sometimes. I love his looks when he knows he is doing something he shouldn't...that sly smile and looking out of the corner of his eye. When we ask him his name he says, "car car". I love this little guy!

Couponing
I do not normally post on anything besides about Carter, but I thought I would take a minute to write about something I have been doing for the last few months. I know it sounds crazy, but I do really love to coupon. I have always been kind of cheap, but after taking some classes and doing some of my own research I have found ways to save money. When I first started I definately admit I would just buy things because I had a coupon, but more recently I have actually gotten better at it. In just a few months I have started to slowly stock up on toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, lotion, and other toiletry items. It is a hobby I actually like doing. I know that with the new Extreme Couponing show that it is definitely getting more competitive. I am not out to by 50 or 100 of anything. If I find a great sale I get one maybe two things. It is just nice to get things that you need and a very reduced price. It is very time consuming though. Between work, family, blogging, writing in my journal, housework, etc, it is hard to keep up with it all. At this point it is something that I enjoy doing and I hope I can keep it up!

Easter Sunday
We had a very nice Easter despite the crappy weather. It basically rained the entire day without stopping. We went to church and Carter cried in the nursery until Clay went and got him out. He did actually sit with us for the entire sermon. I can't say I minded holding my little guy all through church. We had lunch with my family and dinner with Clay's. Another wonderful holiday. We are so extremely blessed to have loving and caring families. Carter is one loved little boy!
